Fleetwood Mac bassist John McVie is selling his Brentwood home, according to Trulia. While Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham also put his Brentwood home on the market recently, fans of the band may be excited to hear McVie's is in a much different (and lower) price range: Buckingham's is listed for a staggering $22.5 million, and McVie has listed his Spanish-style home for $2.995 million.

The bassist's two-bedroom, three-bathroom home belonged to author Raymond Chandler before McVie purchased it in 2014 for $2.535 million. The 7,440-square-foot lot has a main house, a detached guesthouse and a detached two-car garage, with lush greenery and a stone patio completing the landscape. The main house was built in 1927 and features hardwood and stone flooring throughout. The centerpiece of the airy living room is a Moroccan-tiled fireplace. An open arched doorway connects the living room to the dining room, and wide windows allow light to flow in at all angles. The kitchen is newly remodeled, with wood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. The master suite features a double-vanity sink and a large shower, and the bedroom opens to a private patio. The guesthouse, which was designed by Lise Claiborne Matthews, has chic heated concrete floors behind full walls of windows and a colorful green-tiled bathroom.
